How LionStride handles information.
A clear overview of the information collected through this website and how it is used.
Who is responsible
YEMELE GROUP LLC, operating as LionStride Management, is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@lionstridemanagement.com.
Information collected
LionStride collects the contact, professional, athletic, event, partnership, and recruitment information a person chooses to submit. The website may also process basic device, browser, page-view, security, and submission-rate information.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate representation and employment applications, respond to inquiries, coordinate race and partnership opportunities, protect the website from abuse, maintain business records, and improve the public website.
Sensitive documents
Passport, medical, banking, financial, and contractual documents must not be submitted through the public athlete application. If any such document is later required, LionStride will request it separately through a controlled private process.
Applications and uploaded files
First-stage athlete applications accept public links rather than document uploads. Career applicants may submit a CV, which is stored privately and made available to authorized administrators through a temporary access link. Application files are removed when the related application is deleted, subject to necessary legal or backup retention.
Service providers and international processing
LionStride uses service providers such as Netlify for hosting, Supabase for database and private file storage, Resend for communications, and Google services for optional analytics and visitor-requested translation. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the applicant’s country, subject to the providers’ safeguards and LionStride’s access controls.
Analytics and device storage
Optional analytics loads only after a visitor accepts it through the website’s preference notice. The visitor’s choice is stored in the browser and can be reset by clearing website data. Visitors may continue using the public website without accepting analytics.
Retention and deletion
LionStride keeps inquiry and application information only for as long as reasonably necessary for evaluation, communication, operational records, legal obligations, and dispute prevention. Records that are no longer required are deleted or anonymized, including related private uploads where applicable.
Access and sharing
Information is limited to authorized LionStride personnel and service providers supporting website operations. LionStride does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and platform security.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, a person may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Requests should be sent to contact@lionstridemanagement.com and may require identity verification.
